COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customers,

As you know, COVID-19 is changing the way we do business for the foreseeable future.

We, at TLS, value your safety and ours and, as such, are implementing policies that will ensure safe practices as much as possible.  As well, we have shortened our business hours Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m and (Starting September 26) Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

Going forward, we will only allow pick-ups at our side loading door.  There is a buzzer by that door and/or you may contact us by phone or text as you arrive to alert us to your presence.

All orders should be placed by phone, e-mail or text and paid for prior to pick-up so that we can have your order prepared and ready for you in advance.  

Customers are no longer permitted to enter our building or office area through the front door.  We will bring your order out to you and no signature is required.  We will indicate all pertinent information regarding the pick-up on the work order for your records.   

Any interactions within our property should be mindful of social distancing.  Please try to keep at least two (2) meters away from others.

We are doing this for the safety of all.
